From December 9th to 13th 2024, guided by a perfume expert you will immerse into an Olfactory Masterclass to discover how we perceive the scents and the different ingredients with their extraction process.

Through an immersive experience tracing back the history of our timeless icon, The Reverso Stories journey explores the creative and cultural universe of this exceptional design and retraces more than 90 years of modernity into the world of fine watchmaking.

ALCHEMY OF TIME

The desire for Jaeger-LeCoultre to create an olfactory identity arose from the natural affinity between the world of perfumery and that of watchmaking: both art forms are intricate disciplines that marry artistic creativity with the precision of science. Watchmaking is based on the philosophy that every element of a timepiece must be functional and meticulously adjusted. In the same way with perfumes, each raw material plays a crucial role and must be precisely balanced to achieve the desired result.

THE SCENT ARTIST

This year, Jaeger-LeCoultre unveils its latest collaboration under the Made of Makers programme with three exclusive olfactory signatures for La Grande Maison created by acclaimed French perfumer Nicolas Bonneville. To absorb the essence and philosophy of the Maison, the perfumer spent time in the Vallée de Joux, exploring its natural beauty, visiting the Manufacture and discovering watchmaking in depth.
