THE REVERSO STORIES DISCOVERY WORKSHOP WATCHES & WONDERS GENEVA 2025
WATCHES & WONDERS GENEVA
THE REVERSO STORIES
In 1931, Jaeger-LeCoultre launched a timepiece destined to become a timeless design of the 20th century: the Reverso. Today, more than 90 years after it was born, the Reverso continues to epitomise the spirit of modernity that inspired its creation.
THE REVERSO DISCOVERY WORKSHOP
The Reverso Discovery Workshop explores the origins of the Reverso case – from its Art Deco lines to its ingenious swivelling mechanism – then traces its evolution through the decades, as a canvas for artistic expression and a home to high-watchmaking complications.
Participants will deep dive into the Reverso archives and go hands-on with a variety of models. Finally, guided by an expert from the Manufacture, they will take on the unique challenge of assembling a Reverso case – a fascinating test of dexterity and patience.
1931 CAFÉ
Following the Reverso Discovery Workshop, you will be offered an exclusive experience at the 1931 Café where you will discover the four chocolate delights the Chocolate Craftsman Mathieu Davoine created for La Grande Maison.
Joining Jaeger-LeCoultre Made of Makers program, Mathieu Davoine pays homage to the origins of the Reverso by taking visual inspiration from the world of polo and to the home of our Manufacture by incorporating ingredients from the Vallée de Joux.
