During this journey, embark on a truly distinctive culinary experience at Le Chalet delving into an unconventional fine cheese tasting conceived in collaboration with Gilles Varone, a two Michelin-starred Swiss chef whose singular vision brings a contemporary perspective to Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Made of Makers programme.
Known as the Cheese Composer, Gilles Varone approaches cheese as an expressive ingredient, challenging preconceptions through precision and transformation. This exclusive culinary experience will be available through prior reservation at the event venue and accompanied by an on-site fee.
